Black Pu-erh from the Yunnan province, compressed into a "cake" shape. With this method, the tea expels its moisture, is preserved, and ages. These specific cakes are from 2017.

2017 was a year of exceptional quality production, and the tea from this harvest is characterized by rich notes of earth, cocoa, and spices, with a long, persistent aftertaste. It has the ability to maintain its flavor for many years, allowing enthusiasts to enjoy it at various stages of aging. Preparation method: Break off a small piece, about 2g, and rinse the leaves with hot water for 1 minute. Then, steep the leaves in hot water for 3-5 minutes. You can also do a second infusion, but with a longer steeping time, around 7 minutes.
