Dosage

Usucha (thin tea) About 2 gr. for 100ml of water.

Temperature

The ideal water temperature is between 70-80°C.

Brewing Time

For the right preparation, sift the matcha into a tea bowl. Then add hot water and whisk in a "W" motion until it gets frothy.

Taste

Light and frothy, with a vibrant green colour. Balanced, grassy flavour. Enjoy it on its own or with plant-based milk or fruit.
