Purchases made through Madras.gr are subject to the provisions of the general terms of use. If you have not already read the general terms of use, you should do so now. The general terms of use are incorporated into this agreement and form part of it. By committing to the terms of this agreement, you are also bound by the general terms of use.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in this agreement, the business is subject to the Privacy Policy that is incorporated into this agreement and forms part of it. If you have not yet read the Privacy Policy, you should do so now. Although we make commercially reasonable efforts to protect the security of your information, we cannot guarantee that any information sent over the Internet will not be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission (e.g., credit card information) is encrypted.

2. Your Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information required to register and in other instances where it may be required during the use of the services. You further agree to maintain and update your registration information as required to keep it accurate and complete. We may, at our discretion, prohibit you from using any part of the services if any information you provide is false, inaccurate, or incomplete. You agree that we may store and use the registration information you provide for the provision of services, including maintaining and collecting accounts. The use of your registration information is subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

3. User Accounts and Service Security

Account and Password: As a registered user of the services, you may open an account. You must not disclose your account information to anyone for any reason and must not attempt to access or use another user's account. You are solely responsible for all purchases and other activities made through your account and agree to immediately report any unauthorized use of your account by anyone or any breach of security. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized or unauthorized use of your account.

Security: You understand that the products purchased, such as music, images, texts, software, and other proprietary products, are subject to usage rules established by Madras.gr and the license holders and copyright owners of the Products. You agree that the purchase of products constitutes an agreement to use such products solely according to the usage rules and that any other use of the products may result in criminal liability. Madras.gr reserves the right to modify the usage rules at any time. Your compliance with the usage rules may be monitored, and we reserve the right to enforce the usage rules with or without notice to you.

4. Order Acceptance Policy & Other Restrictions

All sales are final, and all charges from sales are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

5. Product Shipping Policy

All our products are packaged in the best possible way to be received in excellent condition. Product transport is at the risk of the buyer and not the sender. For fragile items, there is a possibility that the item may break during transport due to poor handling by postal services or couriers and not due to poor packaging. For packaging fragile items, we use bubble wrap. Therefore, our company cannot accept the return of items that broke during transport. For the same reason, we only accept prepayment for orders containing fragile items.

6. Cancellation – Order Return Policy

6a. What is our Return Policy?

We hope you will be completely satisfied with every product. However, if you wish to return an item, we can accept it quickly, making the process easy. You have the right to return products purchased without penalty and within 14 working days from the date you receive them. Returns are accepted only if the products are in the same condition in which you received them, meaning in their original packaging, without being unsealed or tampered with. In this case, you will only be charged with the direct cost of returning the products. Note that it is your sole responsibility to maintain the products in good condition for return. Before returning the product, you should contact us to inform us at +30 210 4118067 (working hours). The refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products in the same way the order was paid. Please inform us within 48 hours from the time of receipt for any problem with your order, e.g., if it is incomplete, damaged, etc. You can contact us via email or phone at +30 210 4118067. 6b. What about shipping costs on returns?

Please note that packaging and shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is necessary due to our error, we will gladly cover the cost of return and shipping of the correct product.

6c. What is the cancellation policy?

If you complete an order via credit card but wish to cancel it, you can request it within 24 hours of the order by calling +30 210 4118067 or sending an email to info@madras.gr.

6d. Withdrawal Policy

The consumer has the right to withdraw without justification within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product according to Law 2551/1994 (as amended by Ministerial Decision Z1-891/2013).

7. Payment Agreement

Payment for Products: You agree to pay for all products you purchase, and Madras.gr is authorized to invoice the selected payment method for any products purchased and any additional amounts (including any taxes and additional fees as they may accrue) associated with your account. You are responsible for the timely payment of all amounts and for providing valid payment methods for all amounts. All amounts will be invoiced by the payment method indicated during the registration process. If you wish to indicate a different payment method or if there is a change in your details, you must change them online. (There may be a temporary interruption in your access to the service until we verify the validity of the new details).

Electronic Signatures and Contracts: The use of the service includes the ability to enter into agreements and/or make purchases electronically. You acknowledge that electronic submissions of your information constitute your agreement and intent to be bound by and pay for such agreements and purchases. Your agreement and intent to be bound by electronic submissions apply to all transactions you enter into on this service, including notifications of cancellation, policies, contracts, and applications.

Payment Methods: Madras.gr accepts credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and cash on delivery as forms of payment. Your credit card will be billed before the product is "shipped."

Purchases from Madras.gr will include any applicable tax at the prevailing sales tax rate at the time of purchase. If the sales tax rate changes before the product is purchased, the new sales tax rate will apply at the time of purchase. No customer is eligible for tax exemptions on purchases made from Madras.gr.

Madras.gr reserves the right to change the prices of products offered at any time.

8. Termination

Madras.gr reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the operation of the service at any time and in any manner, generally or partially, with or without notice, and without liability to you, including but not limited to products, content, or other materials that are part of the service.

Madras.gr will not be liable for removing or disabling access to any products, content, or other materials under this agreement. Madras.gr reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate the agreement or/and your use of the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason or no reason at all. In particular, if you fail, at our discretion, to comply with any provisions of this agreement, including but not limited to the failure to pay due amounts, failure to provide a valid credit card or accurate and complete information, failure to secure account information, or violation of the usage rules, we reserve the right without notice: (i) to terminate this agreement or/and your account and you will remain responsible for all amounts due under your account up to and including the date of termination, and/or (ii) to block your access to Madras.gr.

9. Enforcement of Service Terms

Madras.gr reserves the right to take measures it deems reasonably necessary or appropriate to enforce or/and verify compliance with any part of this agreement (including but not limited to the right of Madras.gr to cooperate with any legal process relating to your use of the service or/and products or/and a third-party claim that your use of the service or/and products is illegal or/and violates the rights of such a third party). You agree that Madras.gr has the right, without liability, to disclose any information about your registration or/and account to authorities, government officials, or/and a third party, if it believes that it is reasonably necessary or appropriate to enforce or/and verify compliance with any part of this agreement.

10. Disclaimer for Third-Party Materials or Other Websites

Certain content, products, and services available through the services may include materials from third parties. Additionally, the services may include links to certain third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that Madras.gr is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites. Madras.gr does not guarantee nor endorse nor is liable for any third-party materials, websites, or other products, products, or services of third parties. Links to other websites are provided as a convenience to you. If you decide to connect to such third-party websites, you do so at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

Madras.gr DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE CONTINUOUS OR ERROR-FREE, AND YOU AGREE THAT THE SERVICE MAY BE REMOVED FOR INDEFINITE PERIODS OR CANCELLED AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU. Madras.gr DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE FREE FROM LOSS, BRIBERY, ATTACK, VIRUSES, INTERFERENCE, HACKING, OR OTHER SECURITY BREACHES, AND DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROTECTING YOUR SYSTEM.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES DELIVERED TO YOU ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, WHETHER IN TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL Madras.gr, ITS EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, SELLERS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
