The category of Chunmee green teas is quite large and one of the best known internationally. Chunmee means "precious eyebrow" and refers to the shape of the leaf before undergoing the fermentation process.
This tea is quite good quality and can be extracted twice. This practically means that with the same amount of tea you can make two cups. But how will this be done? First, you will place the tea freely in the container without using a strainer. You will leave it for 3-4 minutes and then you will serve. You will notice that the leaflets gradually settle to the bottom of the pan and do not float. It is important that after serving, the leaves in the dish remain covered with a little water so that they do not oxidize. The second time you will add fresh hot water to the pot and let the tea steep for 7-8 minutes.
